When I first got my P.C. in 1998, or 1999….they helped you with everything. Now, they won’t provide support for anything EXCEPT the GATEWAY PC problems, software problems and shit like that…even though at the time I bought my PC OF SHIT. I had gotten an ESPON PRINTER, VISONEER SCANNER and such….and they gave support or helped you get it going atleast.
NOW, YOU CAN’T GET SHIT! THEY TELL YOU TO CALL THE FUCKING VENDORS OF THOSE SPECIFIC PRODUCTS AND SHIT…IN WHICH YOU GOTTA PAY SO MUCH A FUCKING MINUTE OR HOUR! Just like this shit I had to deal with when I was trying to remove fucking spyware on my own. Fucking bullshit…I must have accidently deleted some registery keys or whatever files…and the puter was all screwy. So! I called GATEWAY..the GATEWAY TO COMPUTER TECH SUPPORT HELL!! I SHOULDN’T HAVE SAID TOO MUCH…BECAUSE AS SOON AS I MENTIONED THE TWO WORDS OF:
1) WINDOWS XP UPGRADE
2) SPYWARE…
I WAS PRETTY MUCH FUCKED! HE WAS LIKE: “WELL…THE PROBLEM IS TWO FOLD SIR…AND I WON’T BE ABLE TO HELP YOU BECAUSE…. #1) YOUR PC OF SHIT WASN’T PURCHASED WITH XP UPGRADE ON IT…SO I CAN’T HELP YOU WITH YOUR PROBLEM….AND #2) I CAN’T HELP YOU GET YOUR PC IN WORKING CONDITION BECAUSE OF SPYWARE PROBLEMS.
SPYWARE SOFTWARE OR WHATEVER IS THIRD PARTY…AND WE CAN’T OFFER SHITTY SUPPORT FOR THAT… AND BEING THAT YOUR PROBLEM WAS SELF MADE BECAUSE OF SPYWARE, WE CAN’T HELP YOU.
