I LOVE IT WHEN STARTING A NEW JOB AND CERTAIN OTHER PEOPLES, THINK THE NEW PEOPLE ARE SUPPOSE TO KNOW THEIR JOBS BEFORE THEY WALK THROUGH THE DOOR! THEN THEY MAKE IT SOUND LIKE THEY (THE ALL HIGH AND MIGHTY BASTARDS) NEVER MADE ANY MISTAKES OR SOMETHING! AH! YOU ARE A BUNCH OF FUCKING IDIOTS WITH A SELF EGO PROBLEM! SIT BACK AND SHUT THE FUCK UP!

I think I have a few things to rant about now, with the new job! LOL! It was bound to happen! It never fails! Well….where to being…ah yes! It all starts at having to get up AT FUCKING 5-AM every fucking morning, then going into work half a sleep and trying to work with half of you’re brain still in bed!

There is this one lady at work that thinks that the new people are suppose to come through the door knowing his/her shit already! AH! I don’t think so bitch! I don’t think you have any room to act like you were MISSES FUCKING WONDERFUL and never screwed up at anything when you first started! SO SHUT THE FUCK UP AND LEAVE US NEW PEOPLE ALONE BITCH! I SUGGEST GOING THROUGH THE HARASSMENT PART OF THE ORIENTATION AGAIN! FUCKING STUPID BITCH FROM HELL!

It’s almost like these fucking ALL KNOWING BASTARDS were born there or something, with tools in hand and manuals to do all the jobs or something! As soon as they popped out of the coochie, they got right to work and new how to do it before even being trained! They were only 10 years old when they started training people!

I think these people need to keep their fucking mouths shut and leave the new peoples alone! SERIOUSLY! WE DID NOT APPLY FOR THE JOB TO BE HARASSED, PUT DOWN FOR OUR WORK PERFORMANCES, AND ANYTHING ELSE YOU SEEM TO WANNA BITCH ABOUT! SHUT THE HELL UP AND MOVE ON! GOD! YOU CAN’T EVEN WORK ANYMORE WITHOUT SOME SORT OF FUCKING BULLSHIT GOING ON!

OUR SHITTY WORK MIGHT LOSE 5 TURDS REAL SOON!

It was bound to happen sooner or later! Not everyone wants to be apart of SHIT WORK! By everyone staying there taking this bullshit….we are basically saying that we are all a bunch of TURDS! With a big neon sign on our forheads saying SUCKERS!!

So far there is three of us regular dietary aides planning on leaving, and two Cook/Supervisors. I would love to see our bosses faces when they see 5 two week notices on their desks one day LOL! OMFG! I wanna be there to see their mouths drop to the ground. Maybe then they will realize what the fuck is wrong with the SHIT HOLE!

Here is a list of things to help improve the work place!

IMPROVEMENTS THAT COULD HELP FOR THE NEXT BUNCH OF SUCKERS!

1) TURN THE FUCKING AIR CONDITIONER ON!

2) AGAIN!…TURN THE FUCKING AIR CONDITIONER ON!

3) BUY A GREENHOUSE, SO WE CAN ALL WORK IN THERE AND BE COOLER WHEN IT GET’S TO BE 90 TO 100 DEGREES OUTSIDE! ALSO, WITH THE HIGH HUMIDITY, IT WILL EVEN HELP MAKE THINGS BETTER, MUCH BETTER THEN WORKING INSIDE OF SHIT WORK!

4) LET THE DIETARY AIDES EAT THE FOOD FOR FREE, BECAUSE IT’S GOING IN THE DUMPSTER ANY FUCKING WAYS! AND WITH THE SHITTY PAYCHECKS…WE CAN’T AFFORD TO TAKE OUT 10% OF OUR “INCOME” TO START WITH, AND PUT IT BACK INTO THE SHITHOLE THAT ISN’T GIVING US SHIT TO START WITH! BASTARDS!

5) HELP MAKE THINGS A LITTLE LESS STRESSFUL! I KNOW WORK PLACES ARE STRESSFUL, BUT THEY SEEM TO MAKE WAY MORE THEN NECESSARY! IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH STRESS, THEY’LL MAKE MORE FOR YOU!

6) GIVE A FEW THINGS TO THE PART-TIMERS! SOMETHING LIKE: SOME FORM OF BENEFITS OR SOMETHING! I THINK THE SLAVES ON THE SLAVE SHIPS HAD MORE FREEDOM AND RESPECT THEN WHAT WERE GETTING. SOMETIMES I THINK I’D RATHER BE A HOSTAGE IN IRAQ WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF BEING BE-HEADED, THEN WORK THERE! PROLLY GET MORE BENEFITS AND FED BETTER, BASICALLY LESS STRESSFUL!

7) FIRE ALL THE HIGHER UP BASTARDS AND PUT DUMBASSES IN THERE TO REPLACE THEM! THEY WILL RUN IT BETTER THEN THE HIGHER UPS ARE NOW! THAT’S A FACT!

8) GET NEW “MANAGERS” IN THERE! GET RID OF THE “EXTRA STRESS MAKERS”!

9) KEEP ALL THE RESIDENTS MEAL “DIET” CARDS THE SAME COLOR FONT! PEOPLE GET USE TO CARDS BEING ONE COLOR THEN THEY CHANGE THE COLOR FONTS ON YOU AND YOU GET ALL CONFUSED! WHEN ORGANIZING THE CARDS MONTH AFTER MONTH AND YOU GET USED TO LOOKING FOR “SO AND SO’S” CARD AND IT’S… SAY, BLACK FONT, IT’S EASIER TO FIND! NOW THEY CHANGE THE COLORS AND IT THROWS EVERYONE OFF! NOW WE HAVE FUCKING GREEN, GOLD, BLACK, RED, BLUE COLOR FONTS FOR CARDS AND SOME YOU CAN’T EVEN FUCKING READ BECAUSE IT LOOKS LIKE A RETARD DID THEM ALL UP!

10) ALLOW SOME SHORTCUTS TO BE MADE! IT’S A SHIT-HOLE ANYWAYS…AND IF YOUR GOING TO TREAT US LIKE SHIT, EXPECT IT BACK IN THE WORK PERFORMANCE ASSHOLES! IT’S ONLY FAIR RIGHT!!? IT’S NOT LIKE IT’S… J.P. MORGAN OR ANYTHING LOL!

11) STOP BEING ASSHOLES TO CERTAIN EMPLOYESS AND THEN PLAYING “FRIENDS” WITH CERTAIN OTHER DAMN EMPLOYEES! LIKE FAVORITISM AND SHIT! IT’S A FUCKING WORK PLACE, I KNOW IT MIGHT BE A SHITHOLE, BUT IT’S STILL A WORK PLACE AND NOT THE “SELECTIVE” FEW ARE JUST “SPECIAL”! THE ONE’S THAT ARE NOT “SPECIAL” TO YOU, ARE USUALLY THE ONES BUSTING THEIR ASSES DAILY FOR YOU! AND THEY ARE ONLY GETTING SHIT IN RETURN! SO REALLY, YOU ARE LUCKY IF ANYONE GOES OUT OF THEIR WAY FOR YOU DUMBFUCKS!

14) PUT BIPOLAR BITCH MEDICATIONS AROUND THE WORK PLACE! THIS IS ONLY IF AND WHEN THEY MIGHT HAVE AN EPISODE, THEY WILL ALWAYS HAVE THEIR MEDS AT ARMS REACH!

We might even have them! Being that we can’t eat without having to pay for the shit they are going to throw out anyways…fuckers!

I don’t know how much longer us SLAVES at work are going to be able to take the shitty heat because the dumb-fucks don’t turn the damn AC on! JESUS! I use to work in a fucking greenhouse in 90 to 100 degree weather and was cooler! Besides all the other damn stress and bullshit at work, we also have to worry about losing 10lbs a day at shitty work! I mean it’s not bad for those Fat Bastards…but for us that don’t weigh so much, JESUS! I use to wear a size 36 jeans, now Im down to like a size 33 or 34!

We had asked one of the retarded STUPID-VISORS about it and they said.. well…the higher-ups said about it needing to be atleast 70 degrees out for a month straight! I was like…YEAH! LET THEM FUCKERS WORK IN THERE ONCE AND SEE HOW FAST THAT DAMN RULE CHANGES! I had fucking sweat just rolling down my chest and stomach tonight and lastnight at work, almost passed the fuck out! And you almost feel like your going to get a heat stroke and shit….and just drop to the floor!

I am so fucking tired of working with the bi polar bitches it’s getting old and tiresome. All they do is bitch about everything someone else does, but they do the same shit! I know I have mentioned this before in another post…but it happened again today and I have to post again about it lol.

Any fucking ways…working with the two girls in the beginning of the work day wasn’t bad at all. But! Once we got into the dishroom to do the dishes, ALL HEAVEN BROKE LOOSE AGAIN! And I don’t even know why…I mean shit! I wasn’t even doing anything wrong! The one just started bitching for no reason, being all mean and shit! Then it just struck a nerve and I started arguing back. Then it was like an alarm went off or something!

ATTENTION ALL BI POLARS AND BITCHES! ATTENTION! WE HAVE AN ARGUMENT IN PROGRESS! PLEASE REPORT TO THE NEAREST ARGUMENT FOR ATTACK! (TAG TEAM TIME! I SAY AGAIN! TAG TEAM TIME!)

I was like O HELL! Here we go again! Another unfair mouth battle with the BI POLARS FROM HEAVEN! It’s like naa, this must be just a bad dream or the worst nightmare I have ever had! When I didn’t even do anything any fucking ways. SHE STARTED IN ON ME! LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT OR SOMETHING! They get mad at me for defending myself for shit they dish out to fucking start with! ITS FUCKING BULLSHIT!

THEY ALL NEED MEDICATION! BUT, I DON’T THINK THEY HAVE ENOUGH TO SUPPLY THE DEMAND FOR IT! ALONG WITH THE THERAPY THEY NEED! SHIT! I THINK ONE TIME WITH A THERAPIST, THE THERAPIST WOULD NEED MEDICATION AND THERAPY!

I think it’s high time for them to get serious help! Meds, Therapy and shit like that. Maybe even be shipped over seas to Iraq and shit to help the “War on Terror“! Like I said before, they could be used in the interrogation rooms and shit! Any fucking ways…I’m just sick of how shit goes at work and them damn bitches. They all have the damn nerve to call me an ASSHOLE, but they never look at the real reason for others to change their overall attitudes towards them.

IT’S THE BITCHES STARTING IT IN THE FIRST FUCKING PLACE! I WASN’T EVEN DOING ANYTHING WRONG! FUCKING BITCHES FROM HEAVEN! THEY SAY THEY GO TO CHURCH! AH! If anyone wants a taste of life right before someone could be institutionalized…you should work where I work. I don’t know why it’s even a nursing home, it should be the STATE HOSPITAL for the insane peoples.

To make a long story short. Well! I’ll try and make it short lol! Here below is the reasons:

1) A SHITTY PAYCHECK! (Don’t make enough money for the shit ya gotta put up with all the damn time! No benefits what’s so ever.)

2) TOO MUCH BULLSHIT STRESS FOR NOTHING! (If you don’t have enough stress…they will make sure you get it! You can’t go a day without them making life harder for you! I think I’d rather be a prisioner in Iraq while taking my chances of being beheaded and shit! Alteast I would have more benefits and possibly fed better! LOL!)

3) NO FREE MEALS NOW! (We use to be able to eat meals free! Now we have to buy retarded meal tickets to pay for shit they are going to throw out anyways! This is fucking bullshit!…most of us only bring in like $400.00 a month…now were suppose to take out like atleast 10% of our paychecks for food. And for WHAT!!?? We have to put our money back into a place that don’t give us SHIT to start with! This is fucked up! They don’t know how to treat employees and they wonder why they can’t keep anyone! AH! GO FIGURE IDIOTS!)

4) OUR WORK HOURS SUCK ASS! (We hardly get descent hours to work! It’s like fucking 20 some hours if that, a week! What the hell!? I have worked at seasonal jobs that gave more hours then these fuckers, shit! Even if you went around town or something mowing peoples lawns every day…you could bring home more money and get more hours in a week! JESUS!)

5) NO BENEFITS (There is jack shit on the benefits line! Of course the part-time peoples don’t get shit…but I think they should give us something! I mean for all the shit we have to go through daily..they should have something to offer to help keep the workers. This is the main reason why they were losing people before….they were hired and had quit like a week later. They seen how shit was done there and didn’t like it. Cause you have too much bullshit and nothing in return but more bullshit!)

6) BREAKS WENT TO HELL! (Before we had a half hour break…now we get 15 minutes. This change wasn’t too bad…but when it comes to finding the time to take that 15 minutes, it’s a little hard! Also..since they want all us smokers to smoke in the back of the damn buillding now…which is like a 3 minute walk….then to smoke a cigarette which takes like 5 to 10 minutes, then to walk back into the work area…BREAK IS DONE! NO TIME TO EAT THE FOOD YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR NOW!)

7) 99% WOMEN 1% MEN! (This really sucks ass! The only two men there is me and a guy supervisor! Of course he don’t get the bitches on his ass being that he is supervisor! I GET ALL THE BULLSHIT AND STRESS! When he goes for the day..I swear they all give the code to each other… TIME TO BITCH AND TREAT TWISTED LIKE HELL! LETS SEE HOW LONG HE CAN TAKE IT BEFORE GOING TO AN INSTUTITE OR KILLING HIMSELF! Cause that is all I get…they bitch at me for stupid shit, that they don’t like, but then they do the shit Im getting bitched at for to start with! WHAT THE HELL! I’m not even doing anything to start with! WHATEVER BITCHES! Alot of the times I got written up for stupid reasons and most of that was instigated by them anyways…fuckers! DIE AND GO TO HEAVEN!)

There is some more bullshit..but I’ll do them later on. Now for the good points about the job!

1) FREE THERAPY! (One of the benefits we all get is….FREE THERAPY! WOOT WOOT! I wonder why!!?? Mmmm…makes ya wonder right LOL!!? I never went to a therapist yet through or from work…but I might just try it sometime! But Im sure it’s stupid as hell! They prolly just going to tell me to stick it out and shit and try to make the best of it! Which I ALREADY AM TRYING TO MAKE THE BEST OF THE SHIT WORK AS OF NOW AND I STILL GET BITCHED AT! BECAUSE THE BITCHES DO NOT LIKE TO HAVE FUN UNLESS OF COURSE I’M THE ONE THAT IS THE TARGET FOR THEIR FUN! THAT’S THE ONLY WAY IT IS FUN FOR THEM….WHEN THEY BITCH AT ME, BLAME ME FOR EVERYTHING, AND MAKE MY LIFE A LIVING A HELL!)

2) YOU CAN’ T GET FIRED! (I’m quite sure if you bitch slapped a supervisor in the face…they would look at you and they would give you more hours! HAHAHA! Naa…but it is very hard to get fired from the shithole! Reason being is that they know it’s hard as hell to keep anyone there let alone having to fire someone. That would be hard on them in the long run..to spend a few weeks training someone and them actually staying for a good period of time…then having to fire them over stupid shit……it wouldn’t make any sense really. It just makes things tougher on themselves. Which they don’t want but they will have no problems making things tougher for you! IF THEY FIRED SOMEONE, IT WOULD ONLY BE A BLESSING FROM THE LORD! SAVES US THE TROUBLE OF HAVING TO QUIT LOL!!)

Anyways…I really need another job and fast..but in my area the jobs are scarce and it’s really hard to get hired some where, especially if you have my employer down as the recent job reference! IT FUCKING SUCKS ASS! My as well go back to being homeless again with nothing…..would only make sense! Makes more sense then the shit I have now LOL! Anyways…..I’m done! I’ll prolly update this post then later..
